At West Ryde Public School we have a large range of violins, violas and cellos available for hire.
Hire is organised by the Music Sub-Committee of the West Ryde Public School P&C.
To hire an instrument you must agree to our Terms & Conditions and pay a bond of $100.00. The bond is returnable upon the return of the instrument in good condition.
Hire fees are charged per term.
Hiring an Instrument
To hire an instrument please read the terms and conditions carefully, complete the Instrument Hire form, and pay the bond and hire fee.
Returning an Instrument
Instruments must be returned to the violin or viola tutor in person. Please do not return instruments to the school office or to your child's classroom teacher.
Instruments must only be returned to the tutor at a lesson or brought to the Orchestra Rehearsal. If you are not sure, please contact us.
At the time of returning your instrument, you must complete the Instrument Return form. Please print this out and complete it as the tutor also needs to sign. Any bond that is to be returned will then be repaid.
