Another year, another great music camp!
The fabulous drumming group, Taikoz, came to demonstrate their techniques and allow some students to have a turn. The Junior Orchestra and the Wind Ensemble made their debut with a performance for parents at the end of the day. And of course, the combined West Ryde/Meadowbank orchestra, under the expert tutelage of orchestra conductor Sarah Wijngaarden and her wonderful tutors, extended and demonstrated their talents during the final performance.

Music Camp - July 2014
Our 2014 music camp at Namaroo went extremely well. The children all worked really hard and made some beautiful music - even our youngest members (for whom it was a very long day) !! It was great to meet fellow musicians from Meadowbank and work with the talented tutors. Mrs Lloyd-Jones' percussion workshop was lots of fun and a welcome break from the orchestra work. Huge thank you to Sarah and all involved. Please enjoy the pictures of the happy campers.
